Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 6 pieces of rusk
  • 50 g condensed milk, sweetened
  • 40 g nuts, ground
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Rusk with sweet nut mixture

Preheat oven to 200°C. Mix condensed milk, nuts, and lemon juice. Place the rusks on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Spread with the mixture and bake in the upper half of the oven for about 5-10 minutes. Tip: Ground almonds, walnuts, etc. can also be used.
