Crumble Quark with Pears in Glass

The perfect crumble quark with pears in glass recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

pear compote

  • 4 kl Pears
  • 3 tsp Brown sugar
  • 1 Msp Cinnamon
  • 200 ml Water
  • 1 El Lemon juice

Sprinkles

  • 100 g Flour
  • 65 g Soft butter
  • 50 g Brown sugar
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon

Creamy quark

  • 1 Pk Vanilla sugar
  • 500 g Lowfat quark
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Chopped nuts

pear compote

  1. Peel the pears and cut into small cubes. Put all ingredients in a saucepan and cook for 10 minutes. Then let it cool down.

Sprinkles

  1. Work all ingredients into a crumbly dough. Spread the crumbs of dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in the oven at 180 ° C for 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Let cool down.

Creamy quark

  1. Beat the quark until smooth. Stir in vanilla sugar, lemon juice, nuts and 5 teaspoons of the juice of the pear compote.
  2. Layer everything in 4 glasses. First the quark cream, then the compote and finally the crumble. Chill glasses for 1/2 hour in the refrigerator. There was a little tickle in my pear compote. From my Christmas calendar I had a spice mixture from Sonnentor called the kiss of the sun. I added 2 pinches of that. Good Appetite
