Fried Eggs Breakfast with Spring Onions and Olives

The perfect fried eggs breakfast with spring onions and olives recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 piece Free range eggs
  • 40 g Garlic sausage
  • 1 piece Onion blue
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pole Onion leek
  • 40 g Cheese yellow
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Oil

Fried eggs / omelets

  1. Cut the vegetables and sausage (onions, leeks, olives, garlic sausage in cubes) and top with the cheese and briefly fry them in a hot, coated pan with a little oil. Then add the eggs and stir everything in with 2 movements with the turner and let it harden slightly. Finally season lightly with pepper and salt.
