Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cup almond flakes
  • 1 cup soy flakes
  • 1 cup millet flakes
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • ½ cup flaxseed meal
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup puffed amaranth
  • ½ cup pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tbsp, sautéed chia seeds
  • ½ tbsp coconut oil
  • ½ cup maple syrup

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

vegan, gluten-free, simple

Melt the coconut oil in a large pan and add all the dry ingredients one at a time, toasting lightly over medium heat. Finally, add the maple syrup, mix well, and then let it cool. Tastes wonderful with plant-based milk or yogurt.
