Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g mixed grains (6-grain mix)
  • 100 g almond(s), chopped
  • 100 g coconut chips
  • 75 ml beet syrup
  • 50 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 22 minutes; Total time approx. 32 minutes

Preheat the oven to 150°C. Combine the first three ingredients. Mix the sugar beet syrup with the water and add to the dry ingredients. Stir everything thoroughly. Then spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Once the temperature is reached, place the muesli in the oven and bake for 20-22 minutes. Turn the muesli over after about 10 minutes, keeping an eye on it regularly. Then let it cool completely and store in an airtight container.
