Crunchy muesli mix

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g oat flakes, wholegrain
  • 125 ml honey
  • 30 ml rapeseed oil
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 60 g sunflower seeds
  • 45 g sesame seeds
  • 50 g hazelnuts, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Mix all ingredients together, place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, and bake in the oven at 160°C for approximately 25 minutes. Once cooled, crumble the muesli slightly and store it in an airtight container. Remove the muesli from the container as usual in the morning and enjoy with milk or yogurt and fresh fruit.
