Crunchy muesli with nuts and raisins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g oat flakes, wholegrain
  • 100 g nuts (pecans)
  • 100 g almonds, whole kernels, unpeeled
  • 75 g sunflower seeds
  • 150 g raisins
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup oil (sunflower)
  • 1 cup honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Roughly chop the pecans and almonds. Combine the oats, almonds, nuts, and sunflower seeds in a large bowl. Heat the water, oil, and honey slightly until the honey has dissolved. Pour this mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until evenly distributed. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake the muesli in the oven at 130°C on the middle rack for about 30-40 minutes, until golden brown. Turn the muesli every 10 minutes. Let it cool, and once cooled, stir in the raisins. You can, of course, vary the nuts and dried fruit to taste. You can also add chopped chocolate after it has cooled. Store in a dry place.
