  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 2 tbsp currants
  • 2 tbsp almonds, ground
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp walnut oil
  • 2 tbsp water
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash and grate the cucumber. Stir together the dressing and season to taste. Mix the cucumber with the dressing in a bowl and sprinkle with currants. Serve immediately or after letting it marinate, depending on your preference.
