Currant-kiwi jam

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 600 g currants
  • 400 g kiwi(s), peeled
  • 1 pack of gelling sugar, 3:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

for 6 preserving jars

Rinse the preserving jars with hot water. Peel the kiwis and cut into small pieces. Wash the currants. Heat the kiwis and the gelling sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Then pour the boiling jam into 6 prepared preserving jars. Screw the lids shut and place the jars on the lids for 15 minutes.
