Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 pieces of turkey breast fillet(s) or chicken breast fillet
- 300 g cream cheese with garlic and herbs
- 2 m.-sized onion(s)
- Salt
- pepper
- Paprika powder
- Mustard
- 300 ml water
- e.g. broth, instant
- Butter, clarified butter or oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cut the turkey breast or chicken breast fillet into thick slices, season well with salt, pepper, and paprika, and then spread a thick layer of mustard. Peel and finely chop the onion. Mix the instant stock with 300ml water. Brown the fillet and onions well in the hot butter. Deglaze with the dissolved instant stock, then add the cream cheese. The cream cheese makes the sauce creamy. Finally, taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, and serve. Serve with baguette or rice.
