Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg crème fraîche
  • 200 g whipped cream
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 8 tbsp curry powder
  • Salt

Instructions

Sauce for seafood or fondue

Mix together the crème fraîche, whipped cream and curry, add the finely chopped garlic and season the dip with salt.
