Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g smoked turkey breast slices
  • 300 g peas, frozen
  • 300 g yogurt (cream)
  • 150 g nuts and raisins (trail mix)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • tbsp oil
  • 2 tsp curry
  • 1 tbsp, leveled flour
  • salt and pepper

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Roughly dice the onion and sauté in hot oil until translucent. Add the trail mix and fry briefly. Sprinkle the curry powder and flour over the onion and sauté. Stir in about 3/8 liters of water and bring to a boil. Add the peas and simmer, covered, for about 5 minutes. Cut the turkey breast into cubes or coarse strips and heat in the sauce. Stir in the yogurt; do not boil. Season with salt and pepper.
