Custard Lasagne with Cherries

- 3 packet Pudding powder
- 250 g Shortbread
- 1 Glass Sour cherries
- 1,5 liter Milk
- 1,5 liter Sugar
- Cook the pudding with milk and sugar according to the instructions. Stir in the cherries. Place shortbread biscuits in a square baking dish and spread the pudding mixture over it, then another layer of biscuits, etc. The top layer should be pudding. Sprinkle with chopped almonds as a decoration. Chill for about 2 hours. Variants: Shortbread biscuits can be replaced with sponge fingers and almonds with desiccated coconut. If desired, kirsch can also be added to the mixture
