Dark Chocolate Spread

The perfect dark chocolate spread recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 120 ml Coconut milk
  • 100 g Dark chocolate (of your choice)
  1. Warm coconut milk in a water bath. Break the chocolate and melt it in the coconut milk. Mix well until you get a homogeneous mixture. Pour into a screw-top jar or a sealable can and let it cool down.

Tips and Notes

  1. Depending on the chocolate, this spread is not very sweet. If you like it sweeter, you should choose a lighter chocolate.
  2. Roasted coconut flakes also do very well in this spread. Then maybe use a little more coconut milk.
