Date milk with rose water

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 ml milk
  • 5 dates, fresh, chopped
  • some rose water (1 capful)
  • possibly powdered sugar
  • possibly cinnamon powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

oriental warm milk

Bring the milk and dates to a boil in a small saucepan and let the dates wilt. Puree and strain into a cup. Flavor with rose water. If desired, dust the date milk with powdered sugar and/or cinnamon.
