Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g margarine (e.g. Rama)
- 1 garlic clove(s), finely chopped or crushed
- e.g. parsley, fresh
- Salt
- some pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
The margarine needs to soften a bit, so take it out of the refrigerator 10 minutes before preparation. Pour it into a bowl, mix it with finely chopped or crushed garlic, and add the remaining ingredients. If desired, you can finish the garlic butter with a few drops of lemon juice. Finally, refrigerate the finished butter for about half an hour to firm up again.
