Finger Food: Spring Rolls

The perfect finger food: spring rolls recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Dough:

  • 40 g Butter
  • 200 g Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • Salt

Filling:

  • 400 g Ground beef
  • 1 Paprika
  • 1 Chopped onion
  • 1 toe Garlic
  • 2 Pickled tomatoes
  • 1 Tl Tomato paste
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 El Creme fraiche Cheese
  • Oil
  1. For the dough, melt the butter, then add the egg yolks and the other ingredients, knead them and let them rest covered for half an hour.
  2. Sweat the onion in a little olive oil, add the chopped paprika and the garlic. Add the mince and fry until crumbly, stir in the tomato paste and finally crème fraîche.
  3. Roll out the dough thinly in about 8 x 12 cm. Place a tablespoon of mince on top, fold in the ends, brush with egg white and roll up, then bake in hot oil until golden
