Ingredients
Dough:
- 40 g Butter
- 200 g Flour
- 2 Eggs
- Salt
Filling:
- 400 g Ground beef
- 1 Paprika
- 1 Chopped onion
- 1 clove Garlic
- 2 Pickled tomatoes
- 1 tsp Tomato paste
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp Creme fraiche Cheese
- Oil
Instructions
- For the dough, melt the butter, then add the egg yolks and the other ingredients, knead them and let them rest covered for half an hour.
- Sweat the onion in a little olive oil, add the chopped paprika and the garlic. Add the mince and fry until crumbly, stir in the tomato paste and finally crème fraîche.
- Roll out the dough thinly in about 8 x 12 cm. Place a tablespoon of mince on top, fold in the ends, brush with egg white and roll up, then bake in hot oil until golden
