Ingredients
 

Dough:

  • 40 g Butter
  • 200 g Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • Salt

Filling:

  • 400 g Ground beef
  • 1 Paprika
  • 1 Chopped onion
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 2 Pickled tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Tomato paste
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp Creme fraiche Cheese
  • Oil

Instructions
 

  • For the dough, melt the butter, then add the egg yolks and the other ingredients, knead them and let them rest covered for half an hour.
  • Sweat the onion in a little olive oil, add the chopped paprika and the garlic. Add the mince and fry until crumbly, stir in the tomato paste and finally crème fraîche.
  • Roll out the dough thinly in about 8 x 12 cm. Place a tablespoon of mince on top, fold in the ends, brush with egg white and roll up, then bake in hot oil until golden
