- 425 g date(s), pitted
- 250 g walnuts
- 120 g almonds
- 120 g cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 1 pinch of salt

Soak the dates in water. Using a stand mixer on high, finely grind the walnuts until they have the consistency of flour. Add a pinch of salt. Discard the soaking water and gradually add the dates to the mixer until a fine paste forms. Add the cocoa and mix thoroughly. Transfer the mixture to a bowl. Roughly chop the almonds and knead them in. Press the mixture evenly into a baking dish or similar, 1 cm thick or as desired, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Cut into smaller or larger rectangles before enjoying. Tip: You can vary the ingredients in this recipe, for example, using other nuts or adding desiccated coconut to the brownies.
