Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 3 cups of crème fraîche
  • 3 cups whipped cream
  • 3 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 1 gr. can/n fruits, e.g. mandarins or cocktail fruits
  • some juice from the canned fruit
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Pour the crème fraîche into a bowl, then add the whipped cream and vanilla sugar, whisking vigorously. Add a little brown sugar to taste. Then stir in enough fruit juice until the desired consistency is reached. Finally, add the fruit, pour the dessert into glasses, and refrigerate. Tip: The cream will continue to set in the refrigerator, so add a little more liquid. You can also layer the cream in glasses; in this case, don’t stir the fruit into the cream.
