  • 150 g Ricotta
  • 1 Fresh mango
  • 2 Tl Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 2 Tl Powdered sugar
  • 2 El Crush Amarettini almond biscuits
  1. Mix the ricotta with powdered sugar. Add creme fraiché and season to taste. Mix in the amarettini.
  2. Peel the mango and cut into small pieces. Now alternately pour the cream and mango into a glass.
