Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 scoops of ice cream (Créme Brúlee ice cream) e.g. B. from Mövenpick
  • 300 ml milk
  • 2 servings of espresso

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Fill two glasses with two scoops of ice cream each. Froth the milk and pour it into the glass. Brew the freshly brewed espresso and pour it on top.
