Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 bunch dill, fresh
  • 500 ml vinegar or herbal vinegar

Instructions

Wash the dill, shake it dry, and place it in a large jar with at least 500 ml capacity. Pour the vinegar over it. Cover tightly with a lid and let it steep for a few days. The dill vinegar is now ready to eat. The dill can stay in the jar. It goes well with cucumber and potato salads, as well as in dressings or pickled vegetables, etc.
