  • 200 g Flour
  • 100 g Fine oatmeal
  • 50 ml Sunflower oil

Instructions
 

  • Finely grate the carrots and mash the bananas with a fork. Work into a dough with flour, oat flakes and oil. Possibly add a little more water.
  • Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Roll out the dough about 1 cm thick on a floured work surface and cut out 4 cm squares or cut out the desired motifs with a cookie cutter. Place on the baking sheet and bake for about 25 minutes. Leave the biscuits to dry overnight in the switched-off oven. Store in a container that is not too tight. The biscuits can then be kept for about 3 weeks.
