Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 Camemberts
  • 250 g quark, low-fat
  • 1 egg(s), hard-boiled
  • 2 spring onions
  • 1 handful of sunflower seeds

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

great snack for guests with a glass of wine or beer

Remove the rind from the Camembert, dice it finely, add the quark, and mash well. Season generously with salt and cayenne pepper. Finely chop the spring onions, dice the egg, toast the sunflower seeds in a non-stick pan, and add them. Mix everything together again. Serve with a hearty bread, such as one baked by Koelkast.
