Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g veal liver sausage
- ½ red bell pepper(s)
- ½ bell pepper(s), green
- 1 small onion(s)
- 1 bunch of chives
- 3 tbsp sweet cream
- 1 pinch of sweet paprika powder
- Black pepper, freshly ground
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 eggs, hard-boiled
- 1 gherkin(s)
- Olives, for garnishing

Great spread
Place the liverwurst in a bowl. Trim and wash the bell peppers, pat dry, and finely dice. Peel the onion and chop very finely, almost to a paste. Finely chop the chives. Add everything to the sausage and stir with the cream until creamy. Season with paprika, pepper, and salt. Transfer the dressed liverwurst to a small earthenware dish and garnish with eggs cut into eighths, cucumber slices, and olives.
