Ingredients for 1 servings:
- ½ tbsp edible bran (oat)
- ½ tbsp low-fat yogurt
- 1 m.-sized egg(s)
- some sweetener, liquid
- n. B. Cinnamon powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
suitable from phase 1
Combine the oat bran, low-fat yogurt, liquid sweetener, and cinnamon. Mix in the egg with a fork until combined. Use a nonstick pan for frying. Smooth the batter slightly in the pan and fry over medium heat until golden brown. Then flip it over. I prefer the sweet version, but you could also add salt, for example.
