Crêpe recipe
In a bowl, mix the flour, milk, and egg with a hand mixer until you have a smooth batter. Start by preheating the stove to its highest setting and then add a little oil to the pan. Remove the hot pan from the heat and swirl the oil around to spread it evenly. Using a large ladle, add a scoop of batter to the hot pan and swirl it around to spread it evenly. Important: Make sure you wait long enough until the underside is nicely browned and the pancake is firm enough to handle. You’ll know this is the case when you try to lift the pancake with a spatula. If this is easy, you should be able to flip the pancake without it tearing. Now cook the second side until it is a nice golden brown.
