Easy and Quick Vegan Pancakes

Ingredients
 

  • 130 g Whole grain or spelt flour
  • Baking powder
  • Salt
  • 2 tbsp Melted coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp Maple syrup
  • Vanilla extract or vanilla sugar
  • 360 ml Milk drink e.g. rice or coconut drink

Instructions
 

  • Mix the ingredients in a large key. Melt coconut oil in a non-stick pan and fry the pancake on both sides over medium heat. The quantities given make about 8 medium-thick pancakes. Serve with maple syrup, applesauce and fresh fruit. Dream!
  • Depending on your preference, you can add bananas, berries or nuts. The imagination knows no limits.
