Ingredients
- 130 g Whole grain or spelt flour
- Baking powder
- Salt
- 2 tbsp Melted coconut oil
- 1 tbsp Maple syrup
- Vanilla extract or vanilla sugar
- 360 ml Milk drink e.g. rice or coconut drink
Instructions
- Mix the ingredients in a large key. Melt coconut oil in a non-stick pan and fry the pancake on both sides over medium heat. The quantities given make about 8 medium-thick pancakes. Serve with maple syrup, applesauce and fresh fruit. Dream!
- Depending on your preference, you can add bananas, berries or nuts. The imagination knows no limits.
