Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 10 eggs
  • 1 can of corn
  • 3 leek(s)
  • 1 gr. jar salad cream (Miracle Whip Balance)
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • some sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 23 minutes

Boil the eggs hard and let them cool. Halve the leek lengthwise and slice into thin rings. Drain the corn well. Mix together the Miracle Whip, mustard, and seasoning. Carefully stir in the leek, corn, and the sliced ​​eggs. This salad is delicious with roasts or grilled meats!
