  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup(s) meat broth or vegetable broth
  • 2 lemons
  • Salt and pepper, white

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Whisk the eggs and mix with the lemon juice, then carefully add the warm broth a little at a time. Do not let it boil, as the eggs must not curdle! Season with salt and pepper. This dish goes well with veal, chicken, vegetables, or fish.
