Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 potato(s)
  • 1 tsp butter
  • some salt and pepper
  • some chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Boil and peel 1 floury potato in its skin. Keep warm in a kitchen towel. Boil 2 eggs as you would breakfast eggs for 4-6 minutes, rinse, peel, and place in the glass. Add a teaspoon of butter. Either press the potato through a potato ricer over the egg or grate it finely. Season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with chives. If you don’t want to cook potatoes for one person, a boiled one from the day before will also do. In this case, pour the melted butter over the potatoes.
