Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 6 eggs, hard boiled
  • 1 can/n mushrooms
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • Mayonnaise, amount to taste
  • salt and pepper
  • Parsley or chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cut the eggs into pieces and mix with the well-drained mushrooms. Mix the mayonnaise with a little mushroom liquid (not too thin), season with 1 teaspoon of mustard, salt, pepper, and parsley or chives. Pour over the eggs and mushrooms, mix thoroughly, and let stand for a while.
