Leek cream soup

Ingredients for 15 servings:

  • 1 kg minced meat
  • 6 stalk(s) leeks
  • 1 ½ liters vegetable broth
  • 400 g cream cheese spread
  • 400 g processed cheese with herbs
  • 500 g mushrooms, fresh
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Bring the vegetable soup to a boil, slice the leek into rings, wash it, and add it. Continue simmering over medium heat. Meanwhile, brown the ground beef in a pan, season with salt and pepper, then add it to the soup. Gradually stir in the processed cheese (you can use less than directed, depending on your taste – taste!). Cut the mushrooms into small pieces and add them. Season the soup with salt, pepper, and a little nutmeg. Done! Enjoy!
