Eggnog cake with chocolate flakes

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 m.-sized eggs
  • 250 g powdered sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 250 ml oil
  • 250 ml egg liqueur
  • 125 g flour
  • 125 g cornstarch
  • 75 g chocolate flakes (grated chocolate)
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • Fat for the mold
  • Flour for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Whisk the eggs, powdered sugar, and vanilla sugar until frothy. Gradually add the oil and egg liqueur. Sift together the flour, cornstarch, and baking powder, and stir in. Finally, fold in the chocolate flakes. Pour the batter into a greased and lightly mottled cake pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 50 minutes.
