Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 400 g cranberries, dried
- 1 liter of water
- 1 lemon(s), untreated
- 1 sprig of mint
- 500 g gelling sugar, 2:1
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 20 minutes
Slice the lemon and add it to a pot with 1 liter of water along with the cranberries. Bring to a boil, add the mint, and let it steep for 2-3 hours. Then remove the lemon slices and mint and puree the cranberries in the water. Add the gelling sugar and bring to a boil while stirring. Boil gently for 4 minutes (while stirring) and pour into clean jars. Seal and turn upside down for 10-15 minutes.
