Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 ml apple juice, fresh
  • 300 ml pear juice, fresh
  • 150 ml elderberry juice, fresh
  • 1 package of gelling sugar, 1:1
  • 1 vanilla pod(s), pulp
  • 1 cinnamon
  • 2 carnations

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 19 minutes

all the best in one glass

Scrape out the vanilla pod and add the seeds to the saucepan. Place the pod in a tea bag with the other spices, seal it, and add it to the saucepan with all the other ingredients. Bring to a boil while stirring and simmer for 4 minutes according to the package instructions, stirring frequently. Then immediately pour the mixture while still boiling hot into well-cleaned jars with twist-off lids. The lids should be boiled for about 5 minutes beforehand to ensure they are sterile. After sealing, turn the jars upside down for 5 minutes if necessary. I use 1:1 gelling sugar because it contains no preservatives. If you don’t have any fresh juices on hand, you can also use natural juices from a health food store.
