Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g raspberries, possibly frozen
- 3 mango(s), peeled and diced, about 500 g
- 320 ml cassis or blackcurrant juice
- 2 tsp citric acid
- 500 g gelling sugar (3:1)

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
very delicious and not too sweet jam, just how I like it
Puree the mangos and mix with the raspberries and preserving sugar. Let stand for at least an hour. Now it’s time to boil the mixture. After about 2 minutes, add the citric acid to the boiling liquid, and just before the end, after 3-4 minutes, add the blackcurrant. Transfer to the prepared jars. Seal, turn upside down, and let cool.
