Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 cup cocoa powder, dark and instant, mixed
  • ½ cup whipped cream
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 shot of rum or fruit liqueur (peach, apple, etc.)
  • 1 pinch(s) cinnamon powder
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Combine all ingredients and mix with a hand mixer or blender. Pour into a greased baking pan and bake for approximately 50 minutes to 1 hour at 175°C (fan oven).
