  • 2 cl syrup (caramel syrup)
  • n. B. Milk (whole milk, 3.5%)
  • 1 Port. Espresso, Italian
  • 1 slice(s) orange(s)
  • 1 mint leaf
  • some ice cubes

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 3 minutes

Summer cult at the Aran Café

Add 2 cl of caramel syrup to a glass half-filled with ice cubes. Then top with cold milk. Carefully add a double shot of espresso. If poured slowly, it creates a beautiful brown and white layer. For a visual treat, garnish with an orange slice and a mint leaf.
