Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g natural yogurt
- ½ pomegranate
- ½ persimmon(s)
- 2 tbsp oat flakes
- 1 handful of nuts (trail mix)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Halve the persimmon and cut into small pieces. Then remove the pomegranate seeds and place them in a small bowl. Cover the bottom of a glass (at least 0.3 l) with natural yogurt. Add the pomegranate seeds, then more natural yogurt. Next, add the persimmon and another layer of yogurt. Then add 2 tablespoons of oatmeal, then more yogurt, and top with a handful of nuts, trail mix, or raisins. Whatever you like… It tastes delicious for breakfast when you don’t always want to eat rolls. I always put the other halves of the persimmon and pomegranate in the fridge and then have it all again the next day.
