Farfalle (pasta) with Salmon and Rocket

The perfect farfalle (pasta) with salmon and rocket recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Pasta
  • Salt and pepper
  • 250 g Salmon fresh
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 Shallot
  • 200 g Cream 10% fat
  • 1 bunch Arugula
  • 50 g Freshly grated Parmesan
  1. Cook the noodles in sufficient boiling salted water according to the instructions on the package. Wash the salmon, pat dry and cut into thin strips. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
  2. Melt the butter in a pan. Peel and chop the shallot and let it sauté in the butter. Drain the pasta, drain and add to the shallot. Pour in the cream and fold in the salmon strips. 5 min. Simmer at low temperature and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Wash the rocket, spin dry and clean. Slice the Parmesan. Divide the pasta on plates and serve garnished with rocket and Parmesan.
