Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 point sheep’s cheese
- 1 bell pepper(s)
- 1 point cream cheese
- 2 cloves garlic
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cut the feta cheese into small pieces. Dice the bell pepper (red, yellow, or green, depending on the color you want for the dip) and blend with the cream cheese, feta cheese, and garlic using a hand blender. Depending on the desired consistency, add a little natural yogurt, sour cream, cream, or quark. If you like it a bit spicier, you can also add chili.
