Ingredients
 

  • 4 Fish, e.g. trout, char, etc., each approx. 300 g
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt pepper
  • Fresh chopped herbs
  • Some melted butter
  • 4 tbsp White wine
  • Flakes of butter
  • 8 Lemon

Instructions
 

  • Rub the cleaned fish inside and out with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Sprinkle with fresh chopped herbs. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  • Spread out a large piece of aluminum foil for each fish with the shiny side up. Brush with a little melted butter, then place the fish on top. Drizzle with a little wine and cover with flakes of butter. Place two lemon wedges on each fish. Then fold the foils into a closed package.
  • Cook the fish on the grid in the hot oven for about 30-40 minutes.
