Fish in mustard sauce from the oven

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g fish fillet(s), frozen or fresh, variety according to taste
  • Paprika powder
  • 400 ml milk
  • Margarine or butter
  • Flour
  • Mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar
  • Parsley
  • lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Preheat the oven to 175°C. Clean, acidify, and salt the fish. Do not thaw frozen fish. Make a roux from margarine, milk, and flour, season with mustard and spices. Stir in the chopped parsley. Place the fish in a greased baking dish and sprinkle with a little paprika. Pour the mustard sauce over it and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes and a green salad.
