Vanilla Chili Liqueur

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 ml water, warm
  • 1 liter of vodka or rum
  • 350 g sugar
  • 1 pack of flavoring (vanilla)
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 2 chili peppers or chili powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix the sugar with the vanilla sugar, vanilla essence, and chili peppers. Add it to a pot with the warm water and bring to a boil until the sugar has dissolved. Let the sugar water cool, then mix it with the vodka or rum. Pour into prepared bottles and let it steep for about two weeks. Then filter out the chili peppers.
