Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 750 g berries, frozen wild berries
  • 10 meringue(s) (approx. 6 cm diameter)
  • 500 ml cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 8 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Total time approx. 6 hours 8 minutes

Place the frozen wild berries in a bowl and crumble the meringues over them. Whip the cream until stiff and spread it over the meringues. Place the bowl in the refrigerator and serve after about 6-8 hours.
