Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 tbsp mixed herbs (Frankfurter herbs) frozen
- 2 eggs
- 175 ml whipped cream
- 500g spaghetti
- 125 g ham, (Black Forest) or bacon cubes
- 40 g Parmesan, grated
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Finished super quickly
Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions until al dente. Meanwhile, whisk the eggs with the cream and herbs. Season with salt and pepper. When the pasta is ready, finely dice the ham and lightly fry it in a large pan with the oil. Add the drained spaghetti and the herb, egg, and cream mixture to the pan. Stir everything in thoroughly and heat briefly over medium heat. Grate Parmesan cheese over the top and season generously with salt and pepper, if desired. You can, of course, also make this with fresh herbs; it will just take a little longer.
