Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g yogurt, 3.5% fat
- 80 g sugar
- 2 tbsp honey, liquid
- 2 tsp mustard, medium hot
- 4 tbsp salad mayonnaise
- 40 ml germ oil
- 40 ml wine vinegar
- 1 bunch of chives, cut into rolls, or 300 g frozen chives
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper, freshly ground

Combine all ingredients except the chives in a tall blender and blend with an immersion blender. Then add the chives, stir in, and season to taste with sugar, pepper, and salt. The dressing is beautifully creamy and clings to the salad. It has a total of 755 calories. This amount is enough for about two servings.
