Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp mustard (tarragon mustard)
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • some water
  • Pinch(s) of sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

French dressing

Whisk vinegar, water, mustard, and spices until smooth, then add oil drop by drop until a smooth sauce forms. If desired, add a little garlic.
