Ingredients
- 300 g Minced pork
- 2 Bratwurst raw
- 2 Free range eggs
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper from the grinder
- 2 Garlic cloves chopped
- 1 pinch Freshly grated nutmeg
- 4 tbsp Breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp Marjoram spice
- 1 tsp Thyme spice
- 0,5 tsp Paprika
- 1 Chopped onion
- 1 tbsp Butter
Instructions
- Chop, knead the contents of the sausages, eggs and spices into a dough. Shape the planters with damp hands and press them into the breadcrumbs on both sides.
- Heat the butter in a pan and fry the planters for about 8 minutes on each side. Colorful vegetables, rice, and those who don't have to pay attention to the line can make a cream sauce with it.
